AI Assistant Addendum

Using an AI assistant for support is optional. This addendum applies only to a company that enables it, and only to the assistant it enables. For everyone else, the Privacy Policy applies as it is.

Version 1.0 — in force since October 20, 2026.

1. What it is

Once the company enables it, anyone with an account on Paramétrica's portal can open and answer the company's tickets and read Paramétrica's help (the FAQ and the newsletters) through Claude, by Anthropic, or ChatGPT, by OpenAI, in the browser, signing in with their portal account.

2. Off by default

No company starts with it enabled. Until it is enabled, nothing changes for the company or for anyone with an account in it.

3. Who decides

  • The company's IVR administrator enables it, on the portal, on behalf of the company, and for each assistant separately: enabling Claude does not enable ChatGPT. They accept this addendum when enabling it.
  • Each person accepts this addendum before connecting the assistant to their own account.
  • Enabling, turning off and each acceptance are recorded with who, when and from where.

4. What goes through the assistant

With the assistant connected, what the person reads or writes through it goes through its provider:

  • the company's tickets — subject, description, replies, the names of who replied and the attachment names;
  • what the person writes to open or answer a ticket, and the file they ask to attach;
  • the published help articles they read.

What does not go through it: other companies' tickets, the Paramétrica team's internal notes, and the content of attachments, which are downloaded on the portal.

5. Who is who

Paramétrica delivers the content to the assistant because the company enabled it and the person connected it: it is sent on the customer's instruction. The provider processes that content in the account the person uses with them, under the provider's terms and privacy policy, and may store it outside Brazil. Paramétrica sends nothing to the provider on its own.

6. What Paramétrica keeps

  • the connection: the assistant, the permissions the person granted and the dates;
  • the record of each operation made through the assistant, for one year;
  • who enabled or turned off the assistant in the company, when and from where.

The network address of who enabled or turned it off is erased when that person's account is anonymized, as with the other acceptances.

7. How to turn it off

  • A person disconnects the assistant from their own account on the portal, under Assistentes de IA.
  • The company's IVR administrator turns the assistant off in the same place, and all the company's connections to it end immediately.

What the provider has already received stays with them, under their policy: Paramétrica has no way to delete it.
